Google Thickens the "Goo"

Google has done it again... Used to be all you had to do to rank on a search engine was crank out any old copy and tuck in a few keywords. And until about February of this year, that was largely true. But the ever-evolving "Googalgorithm" is a much smarter beast than you may think.

Keeping up with the times (namely Twitter and Facebook) Google's goggles have upgraded their prescription again. The newest set of Google lenses have now broadened the focus to include content that is what the company calls, "up-to-the-minute."

Google says it still plans on being the leader for searches for all content, even older info. The article states that Google's primary intention is to keep up with the flood of newer and newer content hitting the web daily.
